In short: QuantumLab does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. The app has no access to the internet at all, contains no ads and no analytics, and everything it remembers stays on your device.
This Privacy Policy describes how QuantumLab ("the App"), developed by BetaCri Studios, handles information. The App is a companion to the book "It From QuBIT": it presents the book's experiments, short texts, animations and a quiz, all contained inside the App.
The App does not collect personal data. No information is sent to BetaCri Studios or to anyone else.
The App stores only the following, exclusively on your device:
If you use Android's device backup, the system may include these two settings in your own backup, in your own Google account. That is managed by Android and Google, not by BetaCri Studios.
The App does not request the INTERNET permission and cannot connect to the internet. All content (texts, images, animations, quiz questions) is bundled inside the App. Where you tap a link (for example to open a page on Google Play), the link is opened by the Google Play app or your browser, outside the QuantumLab; the App sends no information along with it.
The App does not request any permission that gives access to your personal data, files, contacts, location, camera or microphone.
This version of the App contains no in-app purchases and no advertising.
The App includes no third-party SDK for advertising, analytics or tracking. It uses only open, standard Android libraries that run entirely on your device, and fonts bundled inside the App.
The two settings above are stored on your device only. Uninstalling the App removes them.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. It collects no information from anyone.
Any update to this Privacy Policy will be published on this page with an updated date. If a future version of the App adds features that change how data is handled (for example purchases), this policy will be updated before that version is released.
